• Who is the Professional Certification Program for?

The program has been designed for people with experience in the service industry.

On-line Certification

In accordance with updated technologies and the internet, you can study by yourself, at home or at the office, using a combination of tools presented to you.

Open Groups the participant has the liberty to choose which certification he or she wishes to achieve, according to the field of work and/or experience.

Closed Groups:the company chooses a number of participants who will achieve a specific certification. Uniglobal will work with the company to obtain the desired specialty.
